Here, at Trinity Wellness Co, we offer healing sessions in an affordable and convenient way. Unlike traditional in-person counseling sessions, we provide Telehealth support through video, telephone and even texting sessions. Our goal is to help you cope with trauma, triggers, anxiety, depression and so much more. Most importantly, to help you find your own inner healing abilities.

We understand that this may be a new journey for you, possibly bringing worry and emotions to surface. There's no pressure at all. TWC always offers a free consultation to see if this is the right fit for you, and you can pay what you can after our consultation!

    Hi there! I'm the proud owner of Trinity Wellness Co, LLC, and the healer that will help you find your way to yourself. My approach comes from trauma-focused lenses. Which means, I've been through trauma myself; I can feel and empathize with those who are also going through or have gone through it. What I needed while I was going through all of it, was someone who was able to listen, speak to and help guide me through my hardships. That's why I'm here, to provide a safe space for individuals who are seeking peace and healing.

    One thing I've learned is that trauma truly never really goes away, but there are ways to cope with it in a healthy manner. Is all the information I share going to be confidential?

YES, with a few exceptions. All information that you share in each session will be kept confidential. We will never release any information to anyone. The only time information would need to be shared is if TWC suspects child abuse/neglect or if there is imminent harm/danger.

Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely not. There is no charge for consultations, but you have the option to pay what you can after a consultation. Every session after will be paid when you book it. All items for sale will have added taxes and shipping fees that will be visible to you during checkout.

How old do you have to be for healing sessions?

TWC offers healing sessions for ages 13 and up. Adolescents can sign up for healing sessions themselves, but can also have parents sign up for them if that's more comfortable.

How do I make a payment after my consultation?

TWC will never charge for a consultation but are open to accepting "pay what you can" payments after the consultation is completed. You can make the payment through
